Thank you for choosing to book with Emrays Global, a trade name of Cariver LTD. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before confirming your reservation.

Third-Party Booking Agent: Emrays Global, trading as a division of Cariver LTD, acts solely as a third-party booking agent.

We facilitate bookings between guests and property owners, and as such, we disclaim any responsibility or liability beyond the booking process once the reservation is confirmed.

Non-Refundable Booking: Please note that all bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or early departure, no refunds will be issued.

Property Respect and Cleanliness: Guests are expected to respect the property and are responsible for leaving it in a clean and undamaged condition.

Any damages to the property or its contents may result in compensation claims, which will be handled between the guest and the property owner.

Deposit Disputes: If a deposit is held, the property owner reserves the right to dispute the deposit with evidence of any damages incurred during the stay.

Emrays Global is not involved in deposit disputes and cannot be held responsible for their resolution.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Guests are required to adhere to these timings as agreed upon with the property owner.

Limitation of Liability: Emrays Global, a division of Cariver LTD, shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the stay.

By confirming your booking and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to release Emrays Global and Cariver LTD from any liability thereafter.
